After successful conduction of the first three versions of I3CS (2015, 2016, and 2020), the fourth edition, I3CS-2023 is scheduled to be held during 16th to 18th March 2023. Due to the global corona pandemic, the I3CS-2020 was conducted in online mode. Several keynote speakers from India and abroad shared their thoughtful ideas. This time, along with the research papers, Doctoral Theses are also invited for submission in a short specified format. The top three research papers and the best thesis presented will be awarded with cash prizes and certificates. There will be an industry-academia interactive session involving renowned personalities from both the domains. All these events will be organized in the Department of Information Technology, North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
I3CS-2023 aims at bringing together the Researchers, Scientists, Engineers and Students working in the areas of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering to a single platform for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences in emerging information and communication technologies to improve human lives.

After succesfull deposit of the registration fees the participants are required to complete the regitration process by Click Here (Presenting Author) Non author and other than presenting author can register by Click HereAuthors are invited to submit full papers for consideration (maximum 6 Pages). Submission of paper must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration for publication anywhere else. All submitted papers will be sent for double-blinded peer review process and the corresponding author will be notified about the outcome after the completion of the review process.
SubmitAll the candidates who have defended their thesis between 1st March 2021 and 30th December 2022 are eligible to apply. The dissertation must be in any one of the following areas:
The dissertation must have been submitted for a doctoral degree in a recognized University /Institution only in India. Only English language versions of the thesis will be accepted.

Synopsis Format
The Synopsis of the Dissertation must include the following information:
NEHU is 30 Km Away from Shillong Airport, Umroi, Meghalaya. To and from taxi services are available from the airport.
NEHU is 120 Km Away from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU) Borjhar, Guwahati, Assam. To and from taxi services on reserve basis are available from the airport.
NEHU is 100 Km Away from Guwahati Railway Station, Guwahati, Assam. Taxis services are available on both sharing and reserve basis from Guwahati.
